Paula Litten has successfully built businesses for large Plc's for 15 years years before starting Pro-Fusion in 2004. She delivered £2m per month of totally incremental business to part of the HBoS Group when she opened a call centre selling business finance over the phone. Paula's strategy is one of building close long term relationships built on trust and service delivery, which produces results for her clients and her company.
