Colin Wilson is an NLP Practitioner, a Life Coach, an EFT Therapist and Gym Instructor.
He uses these special techniques to find the specific causes of weight gain and eliminate them.
Colin has been a Weight Loss Lifecoach for 4 years and has trained with, and assisted, Paul McKenna with his "I can make you thin" events in London. Colin has also coached groups and individuals.
Prior to this Colin was a Senior Leisure Manager before becoming Managing Director of his own Fitness Company. He was also a P/T Lecturer with Hull College for two Years.

Service / Product delivery capacity
If someone is over weight then his/her eating is out of control. Colin uses a wide "tool kit" of techniques to ensure that clients achieve their specific weight loss. He is of the view that emotional issues are the cause of 80% of weight problems for which he uses Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). He also uses NLP to change a Clients's relationship with food and ongoing support over a period of months is part of the process.
