Ian Barrett - Facilitator of the Me Unlimited and Spectra Programmes. |
Ian Barrett is an educator, coach and mentor who is passionate about making a difference to people's lives. Ian's background illustrates that he has an excellent understanding of the different ways people learn, as well as the barriers and obstacles they often have to overcome to achieve something. He is a hard task master who believes in challenging and encouraging individuals, in a reassuring and empathetic way, to become more confident and positive in their lives, and ultimately to realise their full potential.

Testimonials for Ian Barrett

David Osgathorp, Health Coach & Fitness Studio Manager, London
2nd February 2008
"In my time working with Ian, I have become so much clearer about the direction I want to take my business and my life in. From the first session I was blown away by the outcome of each exercise and the drastic effect it had on my outlook. I knew that my life was out of balance, but Ian helped me realise that certain areas of my life I hadn't considered before as an issue were actually preventing me from reaching my potential. My accountability to Ian each week ensured that I took the action I needed to and amazing things happened as a result. I would highly recommend having Ian as your life coach. If you achieve only half the success I did with him, it will be worth the investment."

Ibrahim Emin, Primary School Teacher, London

“During my teacher training, Ian was a tremendous support and coach. I could not have asked for anyone better – in fact, he was my backbone. His advice and guidance were invaluable, especially as at times I felt unmotivated and discouraged as my personal confidence was shattered. Ian pulled me through and was able to give me the injection of enthusiasm I needed to achieve my goals.”

Andrew Taylor, University Lecturer, Manchester

"Ian has helped me enormously by coaching me. Just knowing that he was keeping tabs on me helped me stay focused on the major issues in my life, rather than procrastinating or becoming distracted. He was extremely good at motivating me and his observations made me feel that what I was saying was being valued and listened to. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone."
