Graeme has developed a unique style of support, bridging the gap between traditional consultancy and mentoring offerings and hands-on business support. The idea is that whilst consultancy-based services can provide ideas and recommendations, many fail due the simple fact that many owner managed businesses lack the time and resource to actually implement strategic projects.
Graeme’s experience in owning and managing SMEs enables him to offer hands-on assistance which can add vital resource to a company’s management team during periods of growth or change.
There is no set level of intervention – many clients utilise RSV’s services merely to acquire commercial finance facilities, many more have engaged Graeme as a non-exec director, interim manager, mentor or project facilitator.
