I am an accomplished leader and business analyst with commitment, dedication and proven skills in managing a wide range of strategic projects in a major UK Corporate. An effective communicator, with excellent people handling and management skills, I am well versed in successfully implementing strategic change across large teams. On that back of over 17 years experience helping, supporting and developing SME’s build better futures, I set up NJM Solutions in 2009. This business offers a wide range of business improvement services across all business sectors. I am actively involved with a network of other business improvement consultations, supporting a wide range of national organisations as well as being at the leading edge of the development and implementation of new programmes. My main focus is in offering strategic development to businesses that directly enhances their performance and provides a clear route to building a better future.

Personal Profile I have spent the past four years in a variety of leadership roles in a high growth sector in which I have led and motivated large teams of Managers (across North England & Scotland) to a high level of achievement. I have also had significant contribution and influence at board level participating in the leadership and strategic development of the business. Prior to this I used my excellent communication skills to attract and retain quality high valued customers to the Group through innovative product presentations and the meticulous management of their accounts, allowing long-lasting partnerships to be formed. My key strength here being able to diagnose key areas for improvement and devise workable action plans for them to implement.
