Vanessa became an independent trainer and coach in 2004, bringing with her extensive training experience gained through a variety of training and development roles. She is a registered Psychometric test user through ASE and OPP delivering testing and feedback for 16PF and Myers Briggs, a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has qualifications in both Business and Life Coaching. She has most recently successfully completed the Training Foundations TAP Accreditation.
Vanessa started her career in food retail as a Graduate trainee working predominantly within the Human Resource function. Her career moved into the training arena where she developed her style, knowledge and skills.
TRAINING STYLE AND APPROACH
A supportive, flexible and innovative trainer, coach and facilitator, Vanessa encourages delegates contribute to discussions and exercises in a way that they feel comfortable, allowing them to experiment and learn through their experiences, whilst challenging them to think for themselves and to come up with alternative solutions.

Vanessa’s areas of specialisation include recruitment & selection, coaching, performance management and behavioural change. She has run company wide projects on performance management, middle management personal development skills and interviewing and assessment skills.
APPROACH
Vanessa works closely with clients to identify training needs through questioning, focus groups, observation and job analysis. She designs bespoke development solutions in line with the customers needs ensuring they tie back to the business requirements. Evaluation of the solution outcomes against the original objectives is key in showing development of the individuals.
