Lesley is currently working on a freelance basis as a Development Trainer in the Community & Voluntary sector with young people who are not in employment, education or training. She has extensive experience working in the community, where her skills have been developed in voluntary work and as an independent group facilitator.

She is a self-motivated individual with the ability to motivate and support others, empowering them to reach their goals.

Lesley is consdiered to be perceptive and sensitive to the needs of others without needing to ‘rescue’ them. She is able to facilitate the process of people finding their own solutions to their challenges.
