Richard is the ex-chairman of the Perry group plc; the Nationwide Accident Repair Services plc; ex-Deputy chairman of Northumbrian Water Ltd and ex-non executive director of the West Suffolk Hospitals Trust. He is currently the non executive chairman imtgroup plc.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (FIMI) and Fellow of the Institute of Directors (FIOD) and he holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Richard says "Having had a wide ranging career in businesses of different types I have the experience that enables me to work with companies large and small either to act as personal coach/ mentor to senior executives or to advise companies on a wide range of issues."
