With a background in HR, Sales & marketing and working at Board level in some of the uk's best known companies, Janice now works as a personal development coach for company directors and senior managers across the UK.

Her business knowledge and experience allow her to quickly grasp organisational needs and her skill is then to use her coaching methods to help the client find their own solutions. The result is to not only help them grow their business in the way that is best for them but to also improve their own personal knowledge and experience for the future.

On the people front, Janice focuses on helping business leaders understand themselves and their team members to make sure that everyone recognises and uses their natural talents in their job and career. And if they aren't currently doing that she helps them evaluate their future roles to ensure that they achieve the maximum satisfaction and rewards in their working life.
