Richard Hale is co-founder of Value Projects Ltd and his career has focussed on leadership development, whilst Richard's doctoral research focussed on the dynamics of mentoring relationships and the impact of mentoring on learning for both individuals and organizations.

Testimonials for Richard Hale

Bob Collingham - Head of Development Programmes, Lloyds TSB Asset Finance Division

Commenting on a Masters programme in Leadership delivered by Value Projects. "Our programme is issue led. The delegates identify real business issues which the business is facing - or opportunities which may benefit the business - and work on them either individually or collaboratively with the support of other members of their learning sets and the guidance of the faculty team led by Richard Hale.

Academic rigour is added through the LQ process and the external accreditation which ensures that real individual learning takes place. Just one of 180 Leadership Questions, which people on our programme worked on resulted in a saving to the business of £1m a year, which it goes without saying paid for the programme many times over."
