Commenting on a Masters Programme in Leadership delivered by Value Projects: "We embarked on this programme to develop leaders for the future and now that we are half-way through we can see real changes taking place. The delegates are becoming broader in their thinking. They are developing a greater understanding of the wider business and
markets. They are more challenging not just of others and the status quo, but also of themselves. There is greater creativity and a greater desire to work collaboratively and to break down silos. People are assuming personal responsibility and taking ownership of problems and issues. Through all this they are gaining a far greater understanding of the full implications of leadership and developing their own individual leadership styles.”
