Phil Ball is responsible for the educational direction of materials and the delivery within the Education/Business partnership sector.

Phil says "From early experiences as a Butlin's Redcoat to a current role as headteacher of a challenging Primary school, I realise the importance of presentation and of holistic approaches to both life and learning.

As a broadcaster and writer, I also believe that clear communication is vital and with wide experience in the Education/Business sector, my role in the organisation is to drive forward our academic aims and aspirations."

Phil has had thirty one years as a teacher, and is experienced in chairing federations regionally and nationally, as well as being an established media contributor.
