Trevor’s working life has mostly centred on working directly with people from all walks of life, developing their potential, facilitating personal change and transforming groups of individuals into successful, motivated teams.
Prior to forming his own training and development consultancy in 1991, Trevor gained extensive business experience in senior management positions with several blue-chip organisations. During this time he headed up operating divisions for three companies, managing sales, marketing and production teams and leading successful change management programmes. Since then, he has focused on working with people as a trainer, coach and mentor, enabling them to develop themselves and grow their organisations.
Trevor’s knowledge covers a broad range of topics and he has earned a reputation as an exceptional trainer with the ability to engage with people easily and effectively, creating an environment in which they can learn quickly and develop their inner confidence. A specialist in Neuro Linguistic Programming and a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, Trevor designs and delivers NLP programmes that combine experiential learning with the practical application of the tools and techniques, enabling others to increase their personal effectiveness and make positive and beneficial changes in their personal and business lives.
Equally comfortable in a business environment or a personal development setting, Trevor is able to make the training real and relevant, helping people to develop their inner strengths, expand their thinking and communicate more effectively.
Products and Services
Through his training and development company, People Spark Ltd, Trevor delivers NLP training programmes ranging from short introductory Workshops through to full NLP Practitioner Certification programmes. He also provides NLP programmes designed to meet the specific needs of organisations in the commercial, public and educational sectors.
