Dean Trotter is a qualified Life and Performance Coach with a Certificate in Life Coaching and Diploma in Performance Coaching. He has extensive experience of coaching and training in the public and voluntary sector and is an experienced and accomplished public speaker. Dean also holds a diploma in Performance Management. This is particularly relevant to his work within organisations.
Dean’s work is underpinned by his commitment to enable individuals, organisations and businesses to achieve absolute optimum performance. He has coached successfully within the public and voluntary sector both at individual and organisational level. Dean’s work is particularly informed by his Performance Coaching Diploma (NCFE) and he is qualified and able to help organisations and individuals to achieve their potential.
Dean has worked successfully to facilitate positive change with the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, the YMCA, the Homeless Action Resource Project, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and with numerous individuals. He has delivered training to the Voluntary and Public sector including to Lewisham City Council.
Dean is currently a director of a company delivering support services to Social Care leavers (www.typc.co.uk) and has twelve years experience of helping young people to come to terms with their past and to engage positively in their future. Dean has achieved outstanding success in this field.
