Our Peak Performance at Work Programmes and learning and development
materials have been designed to deliver measurable learning outcomes
and ensure return on investment in training and development for organisations,
designed and structured to ensure employees at all levels, regardless
of their position in the organisation, are equipped to do their job
to the best of their ability in each dimension of learning.
The scope of development will depend on the learning needs of individuals
and the skills needs of the organisation across the dimensions.
The programme offers an excellent framework for succession planning
for the organisation and career planning for employees.
People in or aspiring to leadership, management and training and
teaching roles who are or want to be responsible for the performance
learning and development of others; will develop dimension eight
skills to the appropriate level. Dimension eight covers a spectrum
of developer roles in a range of organisations.
The organisation benefits as the methods of delivery ensure that
people are fully engaged in their learning and that all development
activities are entirely personalised to individual learners. If employees
have not undertaken the foundation life and career skills development
at school we may need to cover these essential skills gaps in more
depth within the Peak Performance at Work Programme to ensure the
basic skills are in place to support the higher levels of personal
development together with high levels of motivation.

Performance Coaching Programmes
Our Peak Performance
Coaching Programmes enable people at work to achieve their full potential
using our unique coaching materials and parallel coaching methods.
The programme spans the seven learning dimensions and seven steps
to personal success.
We have personal coaching programmes for leaders at all levels,
employees and apprentices; all facilitated over a one year period
by our 5 star quality assured Peak Performance Coaches and supported
by a range of leading edge personal development materials using face
to face, email and telephone coaching methods.

Our coaching methods ensure professional development needs are accurately
and efficiently identified on an individual basis, covering the current
and future needs of both the employee and the organisation and that
learning and development activities use an appropriate mix of personal
coaching, group training and teamwork.
Our coaching methods are efficient and support accurate budgeting
for training and development activities and prevent wasting time
and money on inappropriate and irrelevant development activities.
Our approach ensures the buy in of the learner who will be fully
self aware, understand their own strengths and weaknesses and will
be committed to further development in context to personal and professional
goals.
When individuals commence on the coaching programme a meeting takes
place between the line manager, the delegate and the coach to establish
the broad requirements from the programme and to explain the process
and the support needs.
Our in depth needs identification process forms part of the peak
performance coaching programme and the need for further group training
or teamwork will be identified within the first month of this
one year programme.
At this stage a learning and development agreement is negotiated
between the coach, the delegate and their line manager and the development
that can be undertaken within the coaching programme will be agreed.
Any need for further support outside the scope of the coaching programme
will be discusses and agreed including group training* or team development*
activities.
The coaching programme will be delivered throughout the year and
will focus on achieving the development outcomes identified in the
learning contract and the personal goals of the delegate. The process
involves a range of activities including honest discussion, taking
action and reviews, finding solutions to barriers, change management
and leadership coaching.

The peak performance
coaching programmes are supported by 15 organisational development
and 60 personal training and development modules.
Group
learning is more effective if delegates are fully committed to
taking part and understand the need to undertake the training and
the personal and organisational benefits. All of our training and
development modules stand alone and have been designed by our team
of experts.
We have combined some of the learning modules to form three complete
programmes that meet the specific needs of key job holders and these
can lead to action learning based accreditation.

individual needs and use a mix of one to one coaching, mentoring
and group action learning based facilitation
We can train and license facilitators to deliver our peak
